  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 cup banana
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk

Before Workout Smoothie

  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ sliced avocado
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 pitted dates

Chocolate Protein Shake

  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder

Original Green Juice

  • 2 green apples, halved

  • 1 cucumber

  • 6 leaves kale

  • ½ lemon, peeled

  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger

  • 2 clementines
    peeled
  • 1 carrot
    peeled
  • ½ small pine apple
  • 1 cm piece peeled ginger
